HOW A LITTLE OBSERVATION CAN IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE

Things are done a little differently around here. Before pen is put to paper, we take a hard look at environments. Our team of ethnographic researchers spends time understanding user needs and observing healthcare facilities around the country with a single goal in mind: See the everyday in new ways. We’ve seen how caregivers perform their duties. How patients receive their care. What partners in care want and need. We’ve worked closely with some of the nation’s leading caregivers, architects, designers, administrators and anyone who has something to say about making environments work better. We’ve noted what works. And what could work better. We’ve asked why. And why not. We’ve continually come away convinced that with all of us working together, we can make healthcare better. And we’re just getting started.
